If you miss the last 15 years of the Copyright Wars, if you don't understand some expression made in Lessig such as: "be Read/Write, not Read/Only", if you want to get the purpose of why Copyright is not about creativity, but also to get all the historical details & explanations of what copyright is important for, and how it shall expand his range of action for the 21st Century.
